Clare has her whole life ahead of her and we all miss her so much . She will live on in her beautiful boy Harry who we all love 💙💙

Clares life
In clares short life she managed to fulfill many things , university , travelled the world and being a mum was her proudest Moment although she passed when her baby boy Harry was only 9 months .3 years before becoming ill she was reunited with the love of her life Steven and she was the happiest she had ever been , he became her husband one month before she passed and they were so happy . Unfortunately the big C took my girl and myself and the whole family will never be the same 😥💗💗
